Ayurveda & Male Sexual Health
Breaking the ice, we first delved into a critical concern for many young American men struggling to maintain an erection. Dr. Rohitha introduced us to many potential remedies, focusing on the Ayurvedic herb Ashwagandha. As a potent aphrodisiac, Ashwagandha both strengthens and stabilises male sexual wellbeing.
However, in Ayurveda, the doctor also considers the individual’s body condition, relying on the pivotal concept of elements – air (Vatha), fire (Pitta), and water (Kapha). In his words:
