A Simple Guaca Routine For Extra Glow All Day Long

Hello there! I’m here to share with you an effortless but effective routine that will have your skin looking illuminated all day. It’s called the Guaca Routine, and it only requires your choice of moisturizer or lubricant and a few easy techniques.

Before we dive in, remember that skin routine isn’t only about the products you use but also the way you apply them. So, let’s get into it!

Step 1: Picking Your Lubricant
First, you will require some sort of moisturizer or lubricant. I prefer Vitamin E oil due to its superb moisturizing capability and antioxidant properties. However, black seed oil is another great alternative – it’s renowned for its anti-inflammatory and skin-repairing assets. I usually alternate between the two oils.
Code for applying the oil: Apply the oil to your face, covering all areas – forehead, cheeks, and neck.
While applying the product, ensure it gets to your nasolabial fold (the skin fold running from each side of your nose to the corners of your mouth) too.
Step 2: Under the Cheekbone Massage
Next, position your fingers right under the cheekbones, particularly around the sinus area. From here, slide your fingers from the sinus area towards the ears, performing a gentle but firm massage.
Code for massage: Perform this draining motion for about six to eight times.
Step 3: Gentle Eye Massage
For the eyes, apply a very gentle force with two fingers, again drawing them from the inner eye towards the edges and down.
Code for eye massage: Again, replicate the movement six to eight times.
Remember, the skin around the eyes is exceptionally delicate, so softer motions are essential here.
Step 4: Jawline Massage
Then, you transition to the jawline. You start right below the ear, one finger above the jawline, the other under it. Continue with the draining motion, always moving downwards.
Code for jawline massage: “Drain” the jawline towards the neck
Don’t forget to repeat these steps for both sides of your face!
Step 5: Massaging the Crown and Double-chin Treatment
Now, move your hands to the crown of your head, mobilizing downwards from the crown towards the neck, similar to the previous movements.
Code for crown massage: Continue the “draining” motion from the crown to the neck, six to eight times.
Lastly, let’s address the often overlooked area – the under-chin or also known as the double chin. Grasp the soft area under your chin tightly, then perform a pinching motion. You might taste something unpleasant in your mouth while doing this, – sort of salts the taste buds – but that’s normal! However, if you don’t experience this, it’s either you’re doing it wrong or it might help to try doing it during a hot shower.
To sum it all,
“Every part of this routine works in harmony – stimulating blood circulation, promoting lymphatic drainage, brightening skin, and evening out skin tones. The end result? You look and feel absolutely radiant – ready to take on the day!”
So, squeeze in a few minutes every morning to do this routine, and your skin will thank you with a radiant, day-long glow. Happy glowing!
