1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using brownricebandit.com ("the Site") and any services offered through it, including the Better You Bootcamp plans ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Service.
2. What you are buying
Better You Bootcamp sells custom written plans. The quiz is free and shows you your calorie and protein targets. If you buy a plan, you fill in an intake form, and your plan is written from your answers and emailed to you as a personal PDF.
- The Protocol: your nutrition plan, a grocery list and a training plan.
- The Glow Protocol: everything in The Protocol, plus your skin routine, hair plan, nail care, facial exercises, oils and supplements.
- The Glow Upgrade: adds the Glow side to a Protocol you already bought.
Your first day guide is emailed to you right after payment. Your full plan usually arrives within 3 days of your completed intake. The price is the one shown at checkout. The Service does not include live sessions, group calls, community access or an online account. It is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Service. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your information
Your plan is only as good as what you tell us. You agree to give accurate and complete answers on the quiz and the intake form, including medications, injuries and health conditions that matter for food and exercise. There is no account or password. Your plan goes to the email address you give us, so keep it correct and tell us if it changes.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Every plan is a one time payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
If your plan does not fit your life, tell me and I rewrite it until it does. If after a rewrite it still does not fit, I refund you in full. Ask any time within 7 days of receiving your plan by emailing bootcamp@brownricebandit.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Your plan and our content
Your plan is written for you. You may keep it, print it and use it for your own personal use for as long as you like. You may not share, resell or publish it, or use it to coach other people. All other content on the Site and in the Service, including text, images, logos and the plan format, is owned by brownricebandit and protected by copyright law.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, resell or publish your plan or any other Service content.
- Use the Site or the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Give false information, or someone else's details, on the quiz or the intake form.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
8. Health Disclaimer
The information provided through the Service is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new skincare routine, diet, or exercise program.
A plan is coaching material built from what you tell us on the intake. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, we do not ask for or interpret medical records or laboratory results, nothing in a plan is a substitute for care from a licensed physician or registered dietitian, and no claim of any professional license is made or implied. Questions about medications, diagnoses or test results belong to your own healthcare provider. If you have been told by a doctor to limit physical activity, or you experience chest pain, dizziness or fainting with exertion, get medical clearance before starting the movement portion of a plan.
9. Communications
We email you about your order and your plan. Marketing emails are optional and every one of them has a one tap unsubscribe link. We do not send text messages. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first on a separate form. Nothing in these Terms of Service constitutes consent to receive text messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, brownricebandit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
11. Ending the Service
We may stop providing the Service to anyone who breaks these Terms or whose conduct harms our business or the people who work on it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
